When the number of people is 5 or less in the rows, they appear as .. (2 dots) for reasons of confidentiality. This inventory counts individuals and diagnoses, derived from data material collected from the municipalities by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Family and Justice in late 2018 and early 2019 to produce the report 'Personer med vidtgående handicap 2020'. The inventory counts persons who, pursuant to Greenland´s disability legislation, have been granted help during the timespan represented by the data. This timespan is not known exactly. Hence, a certain margin of error exists in the result (estimated to max 15 pct). The quality of reported diagnoses varies, ranging from actual ICD10 codes to very general labels like physical and psychic disability. The diagnoses were arranged in 14 groups for physical disability, 8 for psychic disability and 1 group for other diagnoses. Observe that persons as well as doagnoses are counted. Thus, a total of 1394 diagnoses exist, distributed among 1131 persons.
