The table is based on municipal records from local labor offices of citizens who sign up as job seekers. Due to changes in recording practices and laws (including retirement age) should comparisons over time be made with caution. Records before 2010 only covers towns. Hence there are no data for settlements and for all places of residences (towns and settlements) before 2010.
An audit has been carried out due to the incorporation of a change in pension age, which has led to minor changes in the number compared to earlier years.
