COFOG at the start of a industry is a division of 'Public administration and service' into the 10 main COFOG groups and into a group 'Other'. For the Self-Government and the municipalities, the COFOG main groups are imputed from the payroll system based on the account string. Those for whom a main group could not be found are included in the group 'Other'. Industries with DB07 code 84.22.00 are placed in the main group 'Defence' and DB07 codes 84.23.00 and 84.24.00 are placed in the main group 'Public order and safety '. The rest who are in the industry 'Public administration and service' are included in the group 'Other'.
