This table is based on a special query-request to the Central Register of Persons(Denmark) of all the persons in the register who were registered as born in Greenland. About these persons, a status code is received. For comparison, these are delimited by the population 1 January 2021 CPR was introduced in Greenland in 1972, and covers approximately 100 per cent in the period since. This can be seen in the fact that the sum of the status of the table variable largely corresponds to the annual number of live births after 1972. Before 1973, there is a group of people who died before they were assigned a PIN (person identification number) and thus are included in this datasource.
