Individuals can appear more than once in the data material, as they may have received more positive tests every single year. Gonorrhea: From 2018 new cases of gonorrhea are counted as unique positive samples or 2 positive samples with more than 21 days in between. 98 % of all positive samples for gonorrhea count in 2019. From 2018 new cases of chlamydia are counted as unique positive samples or 2 positive samples with more than 42 days in between. 96.6% of all positive samples for chlamydia count in 2019. Syfilis: Data are based on individual notifications to the National Board of Health.
